Costa Rica: June 2026

For the third time, we're heading back to Costa Rica! This trip is for those seeking to immerse themselves in the Spanish language and volunteer at a wildlife sanctuary.

DAY 1 | Hola San José


  • Fly to San Jose

  • Meet your tour director at the airport

  • check into hotel


DAY 2 | San José--Arenal


  • Coffee Plantation visit

  • Travel to Arenal


DAY 3 | Arenal landmarks


  • Lake Arenal kayaking tour

  • 1968 Volcano View and Lava Trails

  • Hot Springs visit


DAY 4 | Arenal--Coastal Puntarenas


  • Travel to Coastal Puntarenas

  • Horseback ride

  • Crocodile Safari


DAY 5 | Coastal Puntarenas


  • Volunteer at an animal rescue center

  • Optional yoga class by beach ($35)


DAY 6 | Manuel Antonio excursion


  • Manuel Antonio National Park guided visit

  • Free beach time


DAY 7 | Coastal Puntarenas--San José


  • Canopy zip line tour

  • Travel to San José

  • Folklore evening & dinner show ($40)


DAY 8 | End tour


  • Travel home
