š How Campervan Sleeping & Chaperone Logistics Work
Safety and logistics go hand in hand on our road trips:
Separate Sleeping Vans:Ā Each campervan sleeps exactly 3 people, separated strictly by genderĀ (3 girls per van or 3 boys per van).Ā Adult chaperones drive the vehicles by day and sleep in their own separate adult van at night.
Why Expansion Requires Exactly 6 Additional Students:Ā To safely expand our caravan,Ā adding 6 more students requires adding 3 total vansĀ (2 vans to sleep the 6 students,Ā plus 1 van dedicated to the adult chaperones) along with 3 qualified adult drivers.
Current Availability:
2 Male Spots Remaining
2 Female Spots Remaining
The 6-Traveler Expansion Roster:Ā Because bringing on 3 additional vans and 3 adult drivers is a major operational commitment,Ā opening up expanded spots is strictly dependent on a guaranteed group of 6 additional studentsĀ (either 3 boys and 3 girls,Ā or 6 of the same gender to match our 3-student van layout).
š° Expedition Tuition: $4,600 All-Inclusive
Our tuition reflects an extraordinary 2:1 student-to-chaperone ratio,Ā ensuring continuous supervision,Ā personalized mentorship,Ā and comprehensive safety on sub-Arctic roads.
Whatās Included:
Complete Travel & Transport:Ā Round-trip direct flights from Denver (DEN ā KEF),Ā 4x4 campervan rentals with complete zero-excess gravel,Ā sand,Ā and wind insurance,Ā vehicle fuel,Ā and campsite fees.
